Why is it free? I am a qualified nutritionist with 15+ years of my own running experience, and have completed a L1 recreational running coach certification to help others find better health through running in the same way that I have. See ABOUT for more information about me.

What does the 1-1 program LOOK LIKE?
3x Coaching Sessions
Session 1: Initial run assessment, run session & goal setting
Session 2: Run session, strength training
Session 3: Run session, strength training, run plan walk through
Nutrition Consult
Online or in person nutrition consult
Tailored nutrition advice to support your running and fitness progress
Run Plan
Custom run plan designed based on your current fitness level and goals, delivered in session 3
Locations: North Sydney Oval, Primrose Park Cremorne, Balmoral oval
Commitment: This program is being offered on a pro-bono basis, but it is important for your own progress and out of respect for my time that you commit to the program as though you were paying. Plans can change, so if you do need to reschedule please organise reschedules a minimum of 3 days in advance.
